The charge stems from his June 29 arrest when was discovered to have drug paraphernalia in his vehicle after he was pulled over for a traffic violation. He was also charged with DUI at the time of arrest. He was released the same day after posting the $10,000 bail. Robinson, 36, originally faced other charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor DUI, but Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz dismissed those charges. The actor plays warehouse foreman Darryl Philbin in NBC's "The Office." *** Craig Robinson (born October 25, 1971) is an American actor and stand-up comedian who has appeared in two feature films and a number of television programs. He plays Darryl Philbin on the American version of The Office. He was bumped up to star status in the fourth season. He also plays a club doorman in the film Knocked Up. Craig appears as a bouncer in the music video for the Red Hot Chili Peppers song "Hump de Bump", in which he acts as a bouncer for a block party and does not let Chris Rock enter. He had a large role in 2008's Pineapple Express, in which he played a hitman for a drug lord. His past television roles have included a security guard on Arrested Development, and a government worker on Friends.
