Actor and Television Presenter Daniel MacPherson pictures and photo gallery. Birth name:Daniel Donald MacPherson. Born:25 April 1980 Sydney Australia. HE is an Australian actor and television presenter. He was educated at Sydney Boys High School, and prior to becoming an actor had been a triathlete. However, when his agent discovered him, he soon landed the role of Joel Samuels in the popular soap opera Neighbours, starting in 1998. He is currently appearing in a British/Australian production entitled 'Tripping Over', appearing on Five (in the UK) and Network Ten (in Australia), also featuring ex-Neighbours star Brooke Satchwell, who played Anne Wilkinson. His favourite English Football club is Liverpool FC
