Jesse Metcalfe; Actor Jesse was born on 9, December, 1978 in California a father of French and Italian descent, a mother of Portuguese and Italian descent. Being a teenager, Jesse played in several basketball leagues. In 1999 he tried his luck participating in the TV series Passions which ended on early 2004. Doing a good job in appearing as a guest star in Smallville which paved the way to the Hit TV drama series as John Rowland in Desperate Housewives. This role proved Metcalfe acting talents. His private life and his relationship with Nadine Coyle ended in 2006 but was a media attention capturer. After that it was reported that Metcalfe suffered from alcoholism and was admitted to a rehab and is doing fine at the minute.
