July 31, 2008: "Kevin Federline Can't Complain About His Life" Britney Spears' ex-husband Kevin Federline has made it clear he is happy with the outcome of his custody battle against the pop superstar, insisting he "can't complain" about his life. Federline battled Spears through Los Angeles courts to keep sole custody of their young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, earlier this month, following a bitter 18-month court battle. Spears was ordered to pay him $20,000-a-month in child support. When asked by People how his life was after his court battle with the star, Federline replied, "Been having a good summer, I can't complain." And the wannabe rapper insists he just wants to get on with his life and focus on bringing up his children: "I've worked here and there a little bit ... (but I'll be) definitely staying at home with the family." Federline has to juggle being a full-time parent to his two sons with Spears, as well as looking after his two children from a previous marriage. *** July 25, 2008: "Kevin Federline Releasing Fitness DVD" Kevin Federline is set to release a fitness DVD. The former backing dancer is planning to get back into shape after piling on the pounds and wants to cash in on his potentially buff body by sharing his exercise secrets. He is reported by FOX News as saying: "I plan to get back to looking ripped and sexy again - I know I have let it all go but watch me fly this year." The 30-year-old is hoping to release the DVD in January 2009. Kevin, who reached a custody agreement over his two sons with Britney earlier this week, recently admitted his weight has ballooned because of the "pressure of looking after my children." Kevin retained sole legal and physical custody of Sean Preston, two, and 21-month-old Jayden James, while Britney was given visitation rights. If the dancer does release an exercise DVD, he will be following in the footsteps of a host of celebrities who have branched out into the health and fitness industry. *** July 18, 2008: " Kevin Federline Gets Full Custody" Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have finally come to a settlement in their long-running custody battle. According to the settlement agreement, K-Fed gets full custody over the couple's two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan told OK! Magazine, "Kevin is ecstatic and the boys are thriving." Britney retains monitored visits with her boys two days a week and is allowed one overnight. *** June 4, 2008: "Kevin Federline Named 'Father Of The Year' By A Vegas Club!"
