July 17, 2008: "Minnie Driver Doesn't Want To Know The Sex Of Her Unborn Child" Minnie Driver's doctor told her the gender of her unborn baby, even though she didn't want to know. The 'Good Will Hunting' actress revealed her doctor accidentally let slip the sex of the baby during a recent medical exam but luckily she didn't hear him. She said: "I don't know whether he said 'he' or 'she'. I was too busy concentrating on what he was saying about my cervix!" However, one of her friends who accompanied her to the examination did hear and is now jokingly threatening to tell Minnie unless she showers him with expensive gifts. The 38-year-old actress also says she can't wait to give birth, admitting the pregnancy is starting to take its toll. She added to TV talk show host Jimmy Kimmel: "It feels like I've been pregnant for nine years. The baby is due in six or seven weeks - but maybe sooner. "I've got strollers coming out my bum. like, 24 strollers. Minnie Driver biography (bio): Minnie Driver is an English actress and singer-songwriter, born in London to Ronnie Driver and his wife Gaynor. She first came to broad public attention when she played the lead role in Circle of Friends. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 1997 film Good Will Hunting. In 2003 and 2004, she had a noted recurring role on Will & Grace as Lorraine Finster, Karen Walker's (Megan Mullally) nemesis and daughter of Karen's lover (John Cleese). Driver has also worked on several animated features, including Disney's 1999 version of Tarzan and the dubbed English version of the 1999 Japanese film Princess Mononoke. On March 12, 2007, Driver made her return to television starring alongside Eddie Izzard on the FX Network show The Riches, a show about a family of Travellers living in an upscale gated community in the suburbs.
