September 5, 2008: "Rumer Willis Blames Dad Bruce For Her Angular Jaw"
Rumer Willis blames her father Bruce for her angular jaw. The 20-year-old star - the daughter of "Die Hard 4.0" star Bruce and his ex-wife Demi Moore - can't stand her unusually large chin, and thinks she inherited it from her dad. She said: "People tell me all the time that I look my mom. I see the resemblance, sometimes. There was a picture in a magazine about look-a-like mothers and daughters and I saw that I looked exactly like her - which is great." "I hate my jaw. I don't know if it's my dad's - I think I'm more like my mother, my littlest sister looks exactly like my dad and my middle sister is a mixture of the two." Rumer recently revealed starring in new film "The House Bunny" was a "massive learning experience". She said: "It's been very different and I have to say, probably the biggest learning experience I've ever had, just to be able to do it and all the responsibility is on you. I felt very grateful to be a part of it." *** August 15, 2008: "Rumer Willis Talks About Haters, Gay Rumors, And Her Family On Cover Of Page Six Magazine" Hollywood offspring Rumer Willis addresses other people's mean comments about her, gay rumors, and her reality TV-worthy family on the new issue of Page Six magazine. The eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore tells all in the interview with the magazine, which comes free in the Sunday New York Post. Addressing rumors that she might be gay because of her short hair, the 19-year-old responded, "I think it's hilarious. I like guys." She also said that if they just weren't morally opposed to doing a reality show, her life with her divorced parents and stepdad, Ashton Kutcher, might become a good TV watch. She said, "I guarantee it would be the best-selling reality show ever." And for all the haters out there, Willis - who boasted of avoiding the young Hollywood decadent lifestyle - admitted that the mean stuff people write about her used to upset her, but not anymore. She explained, "Now I think, 'Do you really have nothing better to do than talk s-t about me?'" Willis co-stars with Anna Faris in the new comedy film "House Bunny," opening in theaters on August 22. *** July 31, 2008: "Rumer Willis To Be "Miss Golden Globe"" Rumer Willis is to be Miss Golden Globe at the awards ceremony next year. Rumer was originally given the honor last November but the 65th Annual Golden Globes ceremony in January was cancelled due to the Hollywood writers' strike. However, it has now been confirmed she will take the prestigious title at the next ceremony. The honor is given to the child of a celebrity by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Rumer will be responsible for handing out the trophies at the annual awards. Steven Spielberg will be given the coveted Cecil B. DeMille Award at the ceremony, which will take place on January 11, 2009. Like Rumer, it was announced he would receive the honor last year before the Globes were cancelled. Previous Miss Golden Globes include Melanie Griffith - daughter of Alfred Hitchcock's leading lady Tippi Hedren - in 1975 and Kevin Costner's daughter Lily in 2004. Clark Gable's son John was given the title of Mr. Golden Globe in 1995. Rumer made her acting debut playing Demi's character as a child in the 1995 movie "Now and Then." *** Actress Rumer Willis picture(s)/pic(s), wallpaper and photo gallery.
