 February Son is the major label debut from post-grunge band Oleander. It was released on Universal Records.

The album includes a cover of The Cure's "Boys Don't Cry". Also, most of the songs in the album had been previously released on the band's first independent releases.

The album featured new drummer, Scott Devours. Devours was hired to replace the band's original drummer, Fred Nelson Jr.
