Steppin' is a 1975 album released by the Pointer Sisters on the Blue Thumb label. This album, which was more R&B heavy than the sister quartet's previous albums, helped to generate R&B success with its leading track, "How Long (Betcha Got a Chick on the Side)". After this album's release, baby sister June would leave due to drug problems with her elder sisters Ruth, Anita and Bonnie carrying on as a trio.
