 Singer of Sad Songs is a 1970 album by the late Waylon Jennings on RCA Records. It is his first produced by Lee Hazelwood. Unlike most other RCA country albums, this was recorded at their Hollywood studios. Only the title track was recorded in Nashville. As a result, RCA Nashville was unwilling to promote the album.
