 Too Fast for Love is the debut record of American glam metal band Mötley Crüe. Originally released with both "Toast of the Town" & "Stick to Your Guns" as the last two songs (tracks 10 & 11) on November 10, 1981 on the band's Leathür Records label. It is widely regarded as one of the most influential albums of its genre. It was re-mastered & Re-released on August 20, 1982.

While the album only reached #77 on the Billboard 200 album chart in the US, the album would ultimately reach platinum status and is considered a classic of 1980s heavy metal. Musically, the album mixes elements of punk rock, glam rock and heavy metal.

The cover is a tribute to The Rolling Stones' album Sticky Fingers.

It was re-released on August 20, 1982, without tracks 10 & 11. That re-release would be the "popular" version of the album for the next 17 years, until it was re-released again in 1999 with bonus tracks, along with all their 80's albums.
